NVZ Compliance Advice

The EU Nitrates Directive designates areas where nitrate pollution is a a problem, known as Nitrate Vulnerable Zones (NVZs), and sets rules for certain farming practices which must be followed in these zones, particularly in relation to the use and storage of fertilisers and manure. Some of the rules are quite complex but it is vital that farmers in NVZs achieve compliance. Advice can be provided in all aspects of compliance for NVZs, Crop Assurance Schemes and Cross Compliance
